Eligibility

Vodo is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older.

Subscription

Vodo is offered exclusively via subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the platform’s billing terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play.

Accounts

Vodo does not require account registration within the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Vodo, including but not limited to infringing copyright, attempting to reverse engineer, or interfering with security features.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are defined in the Privacy Policy. We collect only a user ID and subscription information necessary for service delivery.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.

Disclaimers and Liability

Vodo is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
